I had so much fun with Payton's senior session. We ran out of time and had to finish up his football pictures another day and you would not believe by looking at his photos it was a 30 degree morning! Thanks Payton for being open to my ideas. Give Him Something Sweet This Valentine's Day ~ Boudoir!

So I've been going back and forth on whether or not to promote the popular Boudoir sessions. I did a session for a client back in the summer for an anniversary gift for her husband. It was a first for both of us....but it turned out great! And with Valentine's Day coming up I figured now would be a great time to expand this part of my photography. I've been wanting to just finally bite the bullet & post some "Sexier" photos on Facebook. They were SO beautiful, it was killing me not to share them!! But I just wasn't comfortable doing so on Facebook so this is my official post and I'm hoping to get some more clients willing to do some!
I hope they aren't offensive to anyone in any way. The body is a beautiful thing, in ALL shapes and sizes. So if you have thought about it or think you may be interested....contact me and we can figure out what will work for you.
These photos were taken in the privacy of the client's own home. I actually did these during my lunch hour so she wouldn't have to explain anything to her husband since it was a surprise and all.

Best Face Photo from 2011~ I Heart Faces ~ Weekly Challenge ~

This week's photo challenge is "Best Face Photo from 2011." Sometimes the best images are the simple ones. The ones that are not planned or staged. I captured this image of my sweet Alivia during bath time. She ignored me and my phone camera and just kept reading her book. I can hear her lil voice trying to say words as she holds her book.
    This photo captured all the innocence and perfection that she is and she isn't even looking at me. There aren't any bows in her hair and she isn't wearing that perfect outfit for a photo session. But those curls in her hair and those long lashes and those sweet cheeks and that tiny nose are parts of my beautiful princess.
    Thank you God for giving me that face to love every day and trusting me with this sweet angel of yours. This will forever be a BEST FACE in my heart. Mommy loves you Alivia.
