Kryslyn ~ Newborn ~ 4 days New

I was blessed enough to photograph this sweet baby's parents wedding and then their first trimester of their pregnancy (http://crystalhphotography.blogspot.com/2012/05/martinez-maternity-announcement.html) and their gender party where they surprised everyone with the news of a baby girl. (http://crystalhphotography.blogspot.com/2012/05/i-am-really-lucky-that-i-have-been-able.html)

Kryslyn was only 4 days new and was already owning the camera. Even after her feeding she was fighting her sleep and I was beginning to think this newborn would never nap. All of her shots turned out awesome and I was so excited. She was such a pretty newborn baby. I couldn't be more pleased with this session. Thank you Chris & Krystel for allowing me to share in your journey together.

Noah ~ Newborn ~ 13 days new

I was so excited to meet sweet Noah. He was just perfect! Noah's mama had decided not to do newborn photos, and then something changed her mind and I'm so grateful she asked me to capture him at that stage. Newborns do not stay that size for long and change every day. Here are a few of my favorites from Noah's session.

Senior Rep ~ Taylor ~ 2013

I'm so excited to have a senior rep this year! I chose Taylor to represent my photography business and not only is she fun and outgoing but she truly is beautiful inside and out. Here are a few of my faves from her first session. Thanks Taylor, you ROCK!

Gabrielle Newborn Session ~ 8 Days New

I'm so proud to introduce my newest addition, my niece Chyanne Gabrielle. These photos were taken when she was just 8 days new.

My brother Gabriel passed the same day Gabbi was born. June 24th, 2012. It's true what they say, one life ends and another begins. This was bitter sweet for us since two life changing events ocurred on the same day. What an honor for my brother to have Gabrielle named after him. My brother Luis says she has many of Gabriel's characteristics and reminds him of our brother. I believe in God's divine plan, and although we miss our brother dearly, Gabbi was sent to us for a reason.

Maybe she will serve as a symbol of life. In a time of so much pain, when we all wanted to just quit and wished the world would stop to mourn with us, this symbol of life in the form of a baby showed us that life continues. No matter how much it hurts. No matter how unfair it is. WE are the living and in order to survive, we must do just that, LIVE. We go through the motions every day. Some days are better than others, but no matter what we have to wake up and live. And in doing that we celebrate the life of my brother.

Here are Gabbi's newborn photos. I will enjoy photographing her as long as I live. Tia loves you!

Micheletti Family 2012

I love watching families grow. These sweet cowboys turned 3 in June and we updated their family photos. I know, I'm late in posting this blog. Here are a few of my faves from the session with Case & Kolt and their parents.
